Refund policy
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & ATELIER POLICIES
Jasmin Shokrian Atelier produces garments in limited quantities, with many pieces made to order, altered, or finished specifically for each client. We encourage clients to review all product information and contact us with any questions prior to purchase.
MADE-TO-ORDER, CUSTOM & ALTERED GARMENTS
All made-to-order, custom, special-order, altered, personalized, and commissioned garments are final sale and may not be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Any garment that has been altered, tailored, or modified at the client’s request is considered final sale.
ATELIER APPOINTMENTS
Purchases made during private atelier appointments are considered final once approved and processed.
Due to the limited nature of our collections, the individualized service provided, and the small scale of our production, returns are not guaranteed and are reviewed solely at the discretion of the Atelier.
IN-STOCK MERCHANDISE
In-stock merchandise may be considered for exchange or store credit on a case-by-case basis if all of the following conditions are met:
• A return request is received within five (5) calendar days of delivery or purchase;
• The item is unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition;
• All original tags remain attached;
• The item has not been altered, customized, or specially ordered;
• Return authorization has been granted by the Atelier in advance.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Approved returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Refunds are not guaranteed and remain at the sole discretion of the Atelier.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you believe you have received an item with a workmanship defect or damage, you must contact AtelierShop@jasminshokrian.com within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt.
Please include:
• Your name
• Proof of purchase
• A detailed description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the area of concern
The Atelier reserves the right to inspect all items before determining an appropriate resolution.
Upon review, the Atelier may, at its sole discretion:
• Repair the item;
• Exchange the item;
• Issue store credit.
Damage resulting from normal wear, improper care, alterations performed by a third party, accidents, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions is not considered a manufacturing defect.
RETURN SHIPPING
Authorized returns must be shipped prepaid using a trackable and insured carrier. The Atelier is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged return shipments.
GENERAL
Jasmin Shokrian Atelier reserves the right to deny any request for return, exchange, repair, refund, or store credit that does not comply with the terms of this policy.
By completing a purchase, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.
